Midtown Kansas City just endured a heavy downpour that included a HAIL, fallen branches, a few power outages and every newsie weather lady in the metro tweeting up a frenzy. The rain has passed for the moment and rapid deprecation of local cars endures . . .

Power FAIL Roundup . . .

Local sinking feeling . . .
