NORTH KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -- Two people are in custody after a standoff and pursuit came to an end Wednesday. Officers were working on a property crimes investigation about 10:15 a.m. in the area of Vivion and Antioch roads when they came upon a vehicle with occupants that were wanted for numerous felony property and assault offenses out of Clay County.

Gaston has been charges with second degree murder and armed criminal action for the deadly shooting of 17-year-old Arkests Grant.
