NORTH KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -- Two people are in custody after a standoff and pursuit came to an end Wednesday. Officers were working on a property crimes investigation about 10:15 a.m. in the area of Vivion and Antioch roads when they came upon a vehicle with occupants that were wanted for numerous felony property and assault offenses out of Clay County.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A Kansas City teen faces charges in connection to a January killing of another teen near 39th and Wabash. Jackson County prosecutors say 17-year-old Joshua B. Gaston has been charges with second degree murder and armed criminal action for the deadly shooting of 17-year-old Arkests Grant.

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) - A Kansas City Police Department officer and another driver were injured in a vehicle crash Wednesday afternoon. According to police, the crash happened near the intersection of 26th and Michigan where the officer was traveling eastbound heading to a call with lights and sirens on.
