Prohibition Last Days: Watch Kansas City Marijuana Conviction Consequences Clip

In the grand scheme of things this local anti-marijuana clip funded by COMBAT is a testament to short-sighted political reality ruling over a populace that mostly disagrees with current legal codes.

    1. Does the mayor have such authority?

The Mo general assembly passed a pretty good bill last session (or within past 2-3 maybe) about expungements but not sure if it works over Muni things and it did have a fairly steep five hundred dollar filing fee (along with whatever fee your lawyer would charge).
