Will Jackson County Intervention Save Battered Women From Death???

Counseling by way of bigger government works on paper but let's not forget the poor Kansas City lady who was stabbed to death with a protection order in her back pocket last year. Take a look at best intentions from The Courthouse:

Jackson County prosecutor to intervene in domestic violence | The Kansas City Star

Whether someone has asked you for help or you sense someone is in distress, here are some general guidelines to help support possible victims of abuse, be it physical, emotional, sexual, psychological or financial. The Jackson County prosecutor is launching an initiative to stop domestic violence-related homicides by intervening with abusers before they kill.

  1. Just what we need, another subpar Jackson County prosecutor focussed solely on helping jilted exes.

What they really need is a prosecutor willing to hold the 70 percent of the false accusers to the same account as the legitimate abusers, but that doesn't score anyone political points.

  2. So if this Birdsong dude was in jail repeatedly for abuse, who’s fault is it he kept getting out. Jean Petersucker Baker’s fault. She is the worst, weakest prosecutor ever. She has neither the skill nor the desire to put violent criminals in prison. Jean Petersucker Baker is worthless.
