Former Kansas City Royals great Frank White was sworn in on January 11, 2016, as the Jackson County executive in a brief ceremony at the historic Truman Courthouse in Independence. White will serve in the position for the remainder of 2016.

  1. Frank White is shameless. He robbed money from the COMBAT fund to keep his chief of staff and other assorted suck-ups on the payroll. Then he fired a guy who would not sign off on this illegal activity. Based on the number of Finance directors and acting directors Frank and Caleb have gone through, I am guessing they kept getting rid of people who would not break the law until they found people who would.
