Frank White is shameless. He robbed money from the COMBAT fund to keep his chief of staff and other assorted suck-ups on the payroll. Then he fired a guy who would not sign off on this illegal activity. Based on the number of Finance directors and acting directors Frank and Caleb have gone through, I am guessing they kept getting rid of people who would not break the law until they found people who would.

Want to bet the reason some of the higher ups in county HR got fat raises last year is because they helped Frank fire this honest man?

Honest man?!?! You must not know him. He may have been on the right side in this situation but I wouldn't characterize him as an honest man
