Just another way city hall is coming after your money.

You can easily turn any of these new taxpayer subsidized "modern box apartment" buildings popping up all around the area into a new prison(s). Just add fences, razor wire, and metal cell doors.

^^^ high voltage electric fences, and bring back mean ass armed guards while you’re at it.

Had a water leak at the court house how about a gas leak at the jail. Save us all alot of money and the cops can restock it over the next couple of weeks.
