  2. Yes, the before pic shows a house that needs some freshening up, but the end result looks like a high-end playhouse built by kids who found all sorts of leftover materials at Lowe’s.

  3. Curious if it sold. I think they were asking over $900k and it was on the market for a while and the for sale sign came down without the typical "SOLD" sign that usually sits out there for at least a couple of weeks before closing. It's certainly an improvement of the house that was there but may be a bit overpriced...
