Juveniles assaulted, packages stolen in South KC

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Two teens were arrested after they allegedly went on a spree of stealing packages from homes and breaking into homes in south Kansas City. "They got in and out quick," said Jeff Bly. Jeff Bly's Ring doorbell camera recorded two young men running away after taking packages from his doorstep.
