The midterm election results are a win for the marijuana industry, according to the CEO of a prominent cannabis company.
Take this from an ex Coloradoian, recreation is nothing. Medical turns people with conditions, that often need the money into pot dealers. Doctors become the cartel. You just create a whole new class of criminals from law abiding citizens, while the under ground continues to run and pay no taxes under the fog of medical legality.
