"Sixty-six percent of Americans now support legalizing marijuana, according to the latest Gallup poll. The latest figure from Gallup marks the third consecutive year that support on the measure has increased and hit a new record."

Take this from an ex Coloradoian, recreation is nothing. Medical turns people with conditions, that often need the money into pot dealers. Doctors become the cartel. You just create a whole new class of criminals from law abiding citizens, while the under ground continues to run and pay no taxes under the fog of medical legality.

^^^^ And no tax revenue to boot. People need to get out of their ivory towers and realize that weed is no worse, and arguably, less destructive than alcohol.
