    the parking lane is not a travel lane in rush hour? Scooters and bikes have to have parking in the car parking lane?

  7. can u do that down 27th st or truman road instead of armour blvd or are you more likely to mess with traffic or get tackled. was 700,000 a reasonable price to paint bike lanes on armour?

  10. Narrowing our roads does not make them safer for cyclists and it is bad for commerce. Narrowed and eliminated lanes make it harder to turn left or cross a street.

  11. I can count several times where I went for a right hand turn then realized I'm encroaching in a bike lane that popped up out of nowhere, and I'd like to think I'm a fairly observant driver. I guess they serve a porpoise, but if I was a biker, I'd probably just risk a tick and ride the sidewalk not risk my life with KCMO drivers (or Peculiar, MO police officers) on their phones.
