Many innocent people are often hurt in car chases. We need tougher penalties for criminals who put the public in danger.

I assume you mean ALL criminals, like those that drive drunk, exceed the Speed Limits, fail to stop at Red Lights, fail to stop at Pedestrian Crosswalks, run from Police and so on, right?

Maybe a National Database of State Drivers Licenses (already exists, except for MO and two other States), with a fine and one year's loss of driving privileges nationwide upon first offense and confiscation of the vehicle and permanent loss of driving privileges (note: Privileges, not "Rights")nationwide after a second conviction?

The Kansas City Atheist Coalition doesn't have much patience for interfaith services...and apparently not with Blacks.

You see, THE KANSAS CITY ATHESHIT COALITION does NOT have ANY Blacks on its Board of Directors or as actual Officers.

Take it up with Josh if you don't like THAT.
