City Hall in Kansas City will be closed Wednesday. The city manager tweeted that there was an interior water line break that has "disrupted building's life-safety capabilities." All other city facilities will open as scheduled. City Hall will be closed today due to an interior water line break that has disrupted building life safety capabilities.

  4. Why not have the employees go to work fixing the broken water pipes since they are getting paid to work? Oh yeah, 'cause it is against a city ordinance for a bureaucrat to know how to fix anything involving water within the city limits.

  7. How impressed are you with Mayor Bullhorn's follow up after the 800 million bond to actually getting practical work underway and walking the streets and making sure things are happening. Too busy trying to front some more swells.
