Why not have the employees go to work fixing the broken water pipes since they are getting paid to work? Oh yeah, 'cause it is against a city ordinance for a bureaucrat to know how to fix anything involving water within the city limits.

More "benefits of diversity". Too much affirmative-action. Too many set-asides and racial quotas = antiquated infrastructure and not enough police protection.

No big deal. Just put a couple of porta-potties in the lobby and KCMO will remain world class.

How impressed are you with Mayor Bullhorn's follow up after the 800 million bond to actually getting practical work underway and walking the streets and making sure things are happening. Too busy trying to front some more swells.

Sly, your job is to get the city sparking and Bristol, you have the money, now what is your excuse.
