Police are asking for help in identifying a man they say is seen on video swiping a package from the porch of a Leawood, Kansas, home. Leawood police said it happened Thursday afternoon near 133rd Street and High Drive. The homeowner told police he received a video alert from his doorbell camera.

    Cleaver's legacy is a flood control project that doesn't control flooding and a Hardware Store in the middle of the Ghetto.
    Barnes' legacy is a "Downtown Open-Air Drunk Tank" and twenty-five years of near bankruptcy for the City.
    Funkhouser's legacy is municipal chaos and an out-of-control City Manager's Office.
    James legacy is going to be a Toy Train and a non-functioning Police Department - oh, and potholes!
    Has anyone ever given thought to amending the Charter and eliminating the Office of Mayor?
