Looks like the LA airport bidder offered up more slop for the East Side Grifter crowd led by Lee Barnes. You can count on the blacks to line up at the trough for taxpayer money......time and time again. Welcome to the Shit Hole on the Plains.

So let's see...
Cleaver's legacy is a flood control project that doesn't control flooding and a Hardware Store in the middle of the Ghetto.
Barnes' legacy is a "Downtown Open-Air Drunk Tank" and twenty-five years of near bankruptcy for the City.
Funkhouser's legacy is municipal chaos and an out-of-control City Manager's Office.
James legacy is going to be a Toy Train and a non-functioning Police Department - oh, and potholes!
Has anyone ever given thought to amending the Charter and eliminating the Office of Mayor?

Block Building. The thing about spelling is that it's so hard. Especially if you have a Kansas City education.
