it could easily be constructed with A+ security and gates that are open to the concession areas, would just have to put an addition taking up part of the interior parking lots. instead of dropping off at all points around the interior circumference, you drive in and turn left at the radius. you exit the building at the stirrup ends of the horseshoe, lower level.
