A Kansas City-area chiropractor has agreed to pay $1 million to settle allegations his offices submitted false claims to Medicare. According to a release from the office of U.S. attorney for Kansas, Dr. Brian Schnitta and his clinic, Natural Way Chiropractic Center PA, were alleged to be providing treatments for peripheral neuropathy, which "were not medically necessary or not otherwise covered by the program."

  2. An app developed by Kansans that rates Kansans driving better than, well anybody, let alone Missouri is clearly falsifying data. I cringe knowing I may have to drive up Metcalf, or down 35, even in Gardner. Kansas drivers are around some of, if not the, worst. Ironic considering I would put KDOT miles and miles ahead of MoDOT in terms of intelligence and efficiency.
