An app developed by Kansans that rates Kansans driving better than, well anybody, let alone Missouri is clearly falsifying data. I cringe knowing I may have to drive up Metcalf, or down 35, even in Gardner. Kansas drivers are around some of, if not the, worst. Ironic considering I would put KDOT miles and miles ahead of MoDOT in terms of intelligence and efficiency.
