Now, in the Winter of our Kansas City discontent we mourn the death of impending death of auto traffic on Main St. thanks to bad planning and a rigged election mostly to benefit consultants and politicos pretending to be real leaders.

TKC TOLD YOU SO!!! IT WAS JUST A MATTER OF TIME!!! TODAY THE TOY TRAIN STREETCAR SMACKED INTO A PARKED BENZ!!!
This isn't just bad news for the jerk driving the car but a warning to all of Kansas City drivers that local authorities are taking the side of the streetcar over traffic . . . It's not really transit, more like a steamroller that kills Democracy and longstanding rules about the right of way.
Remember that our blog community was FIRST to report that the streetcar lines are TOO SMALL for cars . . . Here's proof that we were right:

I urge you to look again at the picture taken by Stacy Cameron. The streetcar obviously is over the line and the car is not. I think the painted line is under the street car and that makes it the toy train department at fault for hitting this lawyers Benz.
