Over the weekend "The Friends Of Theresa Garza Ruiz just filed a campaign finance disclosure for $11,457.17 in connection to the controversial IMPAC KC wherein Monica Curls served as Deputy Treasurer during their disgraceful primary FAIL.
Kansas City Insiders say this local Latina power player is finished but clearly she has access to just a bit of cash in order to play out her last bit of local influence during the silly season.
