A Jackson County judge has set April 17 and 18, 2013, as the trial date in the lawsuit between Bank of America and Rep. Emanuel Cleaver's car wash company, Cleaver Company LLC.

The Teflon Rev will sell the car wash and still have a deficiency on his SBA loan. He will likely just walk away from his debts, as he has from his other crooked schemes, denying he knew anything. Given his Teflon makeup, he'll get off free and clear...again! Cleaver has never been held accountable for his stealing of city funds, shady loans and financial disclosures, non payment of debts...nothing sticks to the Rev.
