Here's a noteworthy development in a District that might be in its last days:
KC district wins court case on financing of African-centered education
The only important details . . .
"Attorneys for the campus had made claims totaling around $1 million, arguing that the district had fallen well short of meeting contractual obligations in its per-pupil payments and in financing special education and food service.
Circuit Judge Sandra C. Midkiff determined during the course of the trial that the African-centered campus had not shown adequate evidence of a contractual breach in special education and food service."
Like it or not . . . More money for a School District on the verge of collapse isn't a good look nowadays . . . In contrast to Beyonce looking rather hot in an African-inspired photo shoot.
However . . . A court fight over cash provides a nice lesson on the priorities of so many people affiliated with the KCPS.
Total bullshit.
ReplyDeleteAnother million dollars for a bunch of nigger foolishness, in a non-accredited school district. Now, just how stupid can you get??

General Butt Naked.
When you're someone like Ken Bachuus, you're used to renovating two houses for $1 million and sharing what's left over with your buds, and those gigs don't come along every day, so the KCPS looks pretty ripe for the picking. After all, for decades it's been an employment agency instead of an institution that teaches kids, so this is sure worth a try.
ReplyDeleteAnd where will these folks go next? The county, state, or feds? There must be some elected folks somewhere who can be shaken down and extorted.
Tony, you've never been to Africa, have you? I thought the photo was a white woman! Nothing African inspired about that photo! Anyway... This is good news.

Fuck Africa
@SOS. Couldn't agree more! I heard Carol Coe say that this school was one of the best performing schools in the district... I was confused! I'm scared to drive by that school; surely there's no real education on there with the constant police presence at all activities. It's another opportunity to drain financial resources from unsuspecting victims; the children of this school district. When will we stop looking the other way?
ReplyDeletePolitics in Africa, are a little different.
ReplyDeleteRegime change is effected on video and the losers are tortured and killed.

Chuck your conception of Africa is even more ignorant than Tony's.
ReplyDeleteIf you did your research you would find that several African countries are making a lot of progress and money by dealing with the Chinese instead of the West.
Once again I ask: In what language is it spelled with a "K"?
ReplyDeleteWelcome to Niggerville! yo mad thou????
ReplyDeleteNo more money? Does that mean ACE president Ajamu Webster won't be paying his back overdue taxes?
ReplyDeleteNothing of any consequence has come out of Africa for about 1,000 years.
ReplyDeleteMaybe we should have a Chinese or Asian studies program?
ReplyDeleteThe goal could be to figure out why recent Asian immigrants are so much more successful than U.S.-born black people and hispanics.
