The Kander-Justus endorsement will mean more to Sly than the Mike Sanders endorsement will mean to Deb Hermann on Tuesday.

Sanders likes the Eastern Jack Big Biscuit crowd, where they can sit around and make fun of Blacks, Jews and Dykes. That does not sell in the Corridor of KC; although, "The Wicked Witch of the Northland" would probably feel at home in Eastern Jack.
Sanders has never run in a contested election. He has always defeated straw-candidates. Sanders endorsement of Hermann will do nothing to save her.
Sly and Burke will head to the General, and Burke will win.
