Monday evening there was word of the 3rd District election drama that attempted to puat Mr. Fletcher off the ballot.
"My favorite post about this topic came on Tuesday and not only detailed the basics of the back & forth lawsuits but also provided documented proof.
A guest post brought us even more detail and revealed that Mr. Fletcher was TEMPORARILY removed form the 3rd District race.
Finally on Thursday TKC simply posted documents and some commentary about the unfairness of events earlier in the week along with a note putting Mr. Fletcher back on the ballot as well.
The 3rd District has been the most interesting so far and for the record, it's also the most important in Kansas City.
The news report states:

ReplyDeleteIt doesn't make any difference who is at city hall for all the wrong reasons and is much more interested in their own self-importance and looking out for themselves and their friends if only the names change.
In a town of 485K population, it's hard to believe what mostly shows up to run for office.

Kansas City is falling apart. Crime, City Hall corruption, a decaying city infrastructure...... etc.
