Stopped by the Tracy Ward fundraiser last night for just a sec last night.
Two good things to report:
Her efforts were rather successful and the crowd was pretty enthusiastic. Tracy's friend Dana (photographed above) was really helpful selling t-shirts and other Tracy gear.

TRACY'S HAIR IS A NEW SHADE OF EVEN BRIGHTER NEON PINK AS THE KANSAS CITY PRIMARY APPROACHES!!!
It's a good look as E-Tax Fighter Tracy Ward is on the ballot, seems to be showing a lot more confidence when speaking in front of a crowd and seems ready to call people on their B.S. which is one of the main reasons I've been so interested in her candidacy.
I like her, hope she wins.
ReplyDeleteWith no diss, I gotta say, she does not photograph well. She looks just fine in person, and I only bring this up because as a political candidate, you want to control as much as you can of that public persona.
Its kinda weird, even some of the Eric Bower's photos of her come out bad.
In person she is attractive, charming and well spoken.
I am just some moron behind a keyboard, but I think it would help her candicacy to address this aspect of her run for office.
I know that sounds superficial, but the world is what it is and every advantage helps.
Go Tracy.

ReplyDeleteShe has no idea what she is talking about and clearly is doing nothing to learn about municipal government. She's more interested in keeping her hair pink than learning about how Kansas tax incentives work (I say that because she wanted us to "copy" what ks is doing to get business). That lack of knowledge is not excusable at this point if you are a candidate for office.
ReplyDeleteI remember when Tony used cover IMPORTANT topics on this blog. To echo what someone said yesterday regarding Tracy, I, too, cannot wait for her to get destroyed in the election so I don't have to see her dog ugly face here anymore.
