Covington and his team can't even get the most basic, fundamentally, important to non chaos, job done right...teacher assignments... how do you think the rest of the plan is going to go when you add students that move on the average of 3 times a year...same old carpetbaggers game, bring in the outside experts and let them learn on the job while fouling up the system. I'll bet that any team made up of the 200 retired teachers or the 70 non renewals could have done this job at almost no cost...and thanks Star for discounting the lives of the students in the name of the new KCMO-SD pumpkin heads, they are no different than your quasi-elite, powerless management team that is sinking your ship too.
ReplyDeleteThis school district has been screwed up for many years now =, but White Kansas Citians don't give a crap about anything that does not directly affect then. This entire "right-sizing" plan is BS. How can you tell me there is not enough kids on the east side of town to keep some of those schools open. Take a look at Woodland Ele. there are two housing projects right on that area but we are told there is not enough kids. Bullsith. Then they want to say they need to set up boundaries, how do you have boundaries for schools when all of the kids are being bussed? Who is paying Covington to kill this district.
