So why are you not naming names... You say a high level resignation. Name names. If it was Funkhouser you would be dragging his name through the mud. One can only assume that the high level City Worker is black. Heaven forbid you call a black out on the carpet. Wayne Cauthen should be fired as well. Evidently he put this credit card policy into place. We need more audits on these theives
