TKC Tipsters know just about everything going on in this town . . . Here's an interesting bit of follow-up regarding a former City Hall employee who ran afoul of KCMO City Worker credit card policy.
Remember that TKC, with the help of AWESOME TIPSTERS, provided an inside look into the circumstances surrounding the high profile City Hall credit card snafu.
Now an additional detail has surfaced that's somewhat embarrasing during these harsh, economic times . . .
BEFORE A HIGH PROFILE RESIGNATION IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT CITY HALL CREDIT CARDS WERE USED TO BUY A HEALTH CLUB MEMBERSHIP!!!
There's not many people who believe that's a good judgement call but it's the kind of stuff that puts government spending into perspective and should temper so much of this irrational exuberance regarding a so-called stimulus that's nothing more than a massive Federal lending program.

This is a STUPID and RACIST statement. Every embezzler in history was white and everybody knows the did no time and did not pay back a dime.
