GOP MAJORITY RULE OF KANSAS IS KAPUT IF WICHITA, KANSAS IS TURNING BLUE!!!

 But that's what it's like and we admit that we were wrong . . . This thing wasn't as close as we suspected. 

Here's the damage and more reporting . . . 

"Adam Hamilton has defeated Republican Sen. Roger Marshall of Kansas, NBC News projects, becoming the first Democrat to win a Senate seat in the ruby red state since 1932.

"The upset victory in a state Donald Trump carried by 16 points in the 2024 election gives Democrats a major boost in the fight for the Senate majority.

"Hamilton, a minister at the largest Methodist congregation in the country, has never held public office and was registered as a Republican until earlier this year." 

"Democratic candidate Adam Hamilton won the U.S. Senate race in Kansas by a margin of 61,201 votes (or about 5.68 percentage points), defeating incumbent Republican Roger Marshall."
