Transit Talkers Consider Kansas City Monorail Ballot Initiative

This is probably more talk about the monorail that we'll see anywhere else . . . We enjoy the outsider perspective and a fresh peek at the plan from enthusiasts beyond our cowtown conversation that often gets stuck in a rut . . . Here's the word:
