Sadly, none of these silly questions merited an answer and this is what we learned instead . . .
"The Unified Government did not vote Thursday on proposed changes to its agreement supporting STAR bonds for the Chiefs’ proposed stadium. Commissioners took the item off the agenda.
"Instead, commissioners voted 9-0 to approve a joint charter ordinance and charter resolution opting the Unified Government out of specified provisions of House Bill 2466, which created the Kansas Sports Authority."
