Progressives Connect Epstein List To Kansas Senator Marshall Campaign Donations

Again, what we notice . . .

THE MIDTERM FIGHT IN KANSAS IS GETTING REALLY UGLY!!!

Nevertheless, as always, we approach the news with an effort to unpack stories and help further understanding from "many sides" of the discourse.

This report was sent our way by BEST & BRIGHTEST TKC READERS . . . However, the source deserves context.

Here's what we looked up . . .

"American Journal News is considered a partisan political outlet rather than an independent, reputable news publication.

"The site is explicitly published by True Blue Media, an organization funded in part by The American Bridge 21st Century Foundation, a prominent Democratic and progressive research organization.

"Evaluators categorize the site as Left Biased. Its reporting heavily utilizes selective story choices, partisan framing, and ideological language to favor progressive political outcomes.

"It holds a "Mixed" rating for factual reporting. While the articles typically reference real, verifiable events, independent audits note that the publication suffers from transparency issues and heavily one-sided reporting, prioritizing political narrative over neutral journalism."

More to the point . . .

SKEPTICAL VOTERS SHOULD KNOW TO TAKE EVERYTHING THEY READ WITH A GRAIN OF SALT!!!

And all that prelude brings us to campaign finance reporting that local nicer news doesn't want to touch even if it's a part of the mainstream discourse on the national level.

Here's our snippet of the relevant deets and a link for more info for the chronically curious . . .

Kansas Sen. Roger Marshall initially voted against releasing Justice Department files related to the investigation of sex predator Jeffrey Epstein.

September 2025, Marshall voted to table a bipartisan amendment to a defense bill that would have forced the release of the Justice Department files. The amendment did not pass. Then-Attorney General Pam Bondi initially supported releasing the files before backtracking, reportedly under pressure from Trump.

Marshall derided the amendment as a “political stunt.” He previously said that releasing the files was “not that interesting to me” and said efforts to do so were a part of Democrats’ “psychosis.”

The House passed a standalone bill compelling the release of the files in November 2025. The Senate passed the same legislation by unanimous consent. Marshall did not object to the bill becoming law. Polling indicated that most Americans supported releasing the files.

Campaign finance records indicate that Marshall took donations from two Epstein associates last year . . . In 2020, Marshall accepted $500 from a lawyer who appears in the files 35 times, and $11,400 from a CEO who appears in the files three times.
