Kansas Senator Marshall Confident But Admits Vote Might Be Close

The incumbent deserves credit . . . At this point most politicos hit denial mode and won't acknowledge the reality of polling. 

However . . .  

Senator Marshall seems EXCEPTIONALLY forthright in understanding the election surge he's confronting whilst still fighting for a win. 

Here's the word . . .  

"I'm confident we're going to win, but it's going to be closer than it was last time," Senator Marshall said.

Marshall pointed to millions of dollars in spending by national Democrats as one reason the race has become so competitive.

"It's always a challenge. We always get outspent three to one, four to one, but we have enough money to get through the finish line, and I have confidence we'll still have two senators, Republican from the state of Kansas," Marshall said.
