Middle-class Kansas City metro hipsters discover scarcity in the strangest places. 

This time around . . . We're pretty sure the foodie adoration isn't so much with exotic carbs BUT ACTUALLY comes by locals acting like they're Patrick Bateman trying to book some place exclusive in order to impress friends that don't care.

Yes, that's a dated reference but still holds up by way of meme culture.  

So, again, it doesn't have anything to do with the food . . . Even if we're impressed that none of the homeless passing through are very curious about the hotspot of the moment.
