IF THIS IS TRUE THEN WHY ARE WE PUTTING THE MAYOR'S CHRISTMAS TREE AT A BLIGHTED LOCATION AND DIRECTING FAMILIES ACROSS THE METRO TO VISIT FOR THE HOLIDAYS?!?!
On the other hand . . .
Given so many shootings in the vicinity of this place in recent years . . . We can't argue with the "unsafe" designation.
