"Previous reporting on Postal Service delivery problems in the Kansas City metro grabbed the attention of lawmakers – and as a result, the U.S. Postal Service Office of Inspector General launched an audit. The results of that audit recommended higher ups must step in and fix efficiency and delivery problems.
"Two years later, it appears problems remain – with some saying it’s recently gotten worse, especially in distribution centers. Postal customers want an explanation for why their packages are traipsing around the metro before being delivered to their homes."
