Kansas City Proper Real Estate Depends On Country Club Plaza Fate?!?

To borrow an old school American auto industry quote rooted in a statement by former GM president Charles E. Wilson during his 1953 confirmation hearing for U.S. Secretary of Defense . . . 

“As the Country Club Plaza goes, so goes Kansas City.”

Spooky. 

I think I just got chills. 

And it's kinda true except for all the people who live on the nice side of the bridge and not REALLY in KC proper.  

Either way . . .

This warmer and iconic October is probably the last chance for local realtors to make good on this year and move some product . . .
