Kansas City Northland Zona Rosa Promises Retail Comeback

Actually, if any place could do it . . . This location is probably a good bet if only because it's in proximity to so many new housing developments . . . Which might or might not also spell doom for the place. 

Either way . . . Here's the pitch: 

"The Northland shopping district has sold for $63.3 million, and its new owner has big plans for its empty storefronts . . . Zona Rosa is currently 67% leased, according to CTO. Company president and CEO John Albright told KMBC that the goal is to bring occupancy to 97% or 98% by signing new leases as quickly as possible."
