Two counts of voting by an alien in a federal election in U.S. District Court in Kansas City on Friday. Federal authorities said he was arrested on Tuesday
The charges allege he voted in the November 2022 and November 2024 elections. Lawful permanent residents are not allowed to vote in federal elections and are not allowed to vote in state or local elections in Missouri, according to the news release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Western District of Missouri.

Feds say Cuban man, 64, who registered to vote in Cass County cast ballots illegally
Federal authorities distributed a photo of the man in handcuffs and said he was arrested Tuesday.
