Fact Check: Biggest Concerts SKIP Downtown Kansas City

Here's another slap in the face for anybody who wants to believe downtown Kansas City "renaissance" hype and that our empty hockey/basketball stadium actually serves as a world class concert venue.

Check the data that's far more REAL than some of our TKC models or all of the "sizzle" that still dominates the discourse from inside the loop . . . 

"Kansas City secured only two of the top 10 grossing global tours in 2026 as major artists like BTS and Ariana Grande favor multinight stays in nearby hubs."
