Leading Kansas City social justice activist Justice Horn was recently recognized by the Washington Post by way of a critical editorial note that reveals an assault that he suffered and advocates for reform at universities across the nation.

“True institutional justice requires moral backbone. It begins when a person says, ‘This happened to me,’ and the institution refuses to force the victim to fight tooth and nail to demand proper accountability.”
