Will Missouri Use MAGA Maps Amid Republican Legal Chaos?!?

What we know for certain . . .

Sorry, but there's NOBODY that can claim midterm Missouri redistricting is an organized and straightforward process. It's also unfair for any ruling party to demand total compliance for a political power move that CLEARLY has legal probs. The result is LESS CONFIDENCE IN ELECTIONS which isn't a big deal until locals understand that the end result of this game IS LESS CONFIDENCE IN THE CURRENCY.  

Bright side . . . None of this might matter because it comes far too late . . . Still, here's an update for online constitutional scholars to contemplate . . . Check-it: 

"A long-running legal fight over Missouris congressional map took another turn Monday when a federal appeals panel ruled in favor of new districts backed by President Donald Trump, even though the U.S. Supreme Court has blocked those districts from being used in the November election.

"A three-judge panel of the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said Missouri should use the new Republican-drawn U.S. House districts in the November election, just as the state did in its August primary. To revert to its prior districts for the general election would violate the U.S. Constitution, the appeals judges said."

Appeals court favors Trump-backed Missouri congressional map, but Supreme Court will have final say

A federal appeals panel has ruled in favor of new Missouri congressional districts backed by President Donald Trump. But there is no immediate impact from Monday's ruling.
