A courtroom pile-on confronts the Missouri politico after striking out against the Supreme Court and the continued hint that all of the redistricting drama might not be settled yet . . . Check-it:
"The lawsuit, filed Thursday in Cole County Circuit Court, seeks class-action status on behalf of approximately 162,000 Missouri voters whose signatures on the People Not Politicians referendum petition were verified.
"The plaintiffs argue Hoskins failed to perform duties required by state law when he initially rejected the referendum petition challenging Missouri's 2025 congressional map."
And then . . .
"A former appointed official under Missouri Secretary of State Denny Hoskins plans to file a whistleblower lawsuit alleging he was fired for reporting illegal and unethical conduct. A news conference is scheduled for 10 a.m. Monday to detail the allegations of Nicholas La Strada, who served as the secretary of state’s director of election integrity from January 2025 to May 2026."
