OLATHE residents: If you voted in favor of the $400 million bond issue back in March, just remember that leadership all but certainly had these plans all along to get you to vote for their nearly half-a-billion dollar project, and THEN jam you with the news they were closing six of your schools.

It was all part of their plan.

They played their taxpayers and voters.
