"Tenants at Stonegate Meadows gathered Saturday morning to celebrate a legal win years in the making. Residents said the building’s owners have neglected the apartments, and refused to take care of roach and rodent infestations, plumbing issues and more.
"Now, the Jackson County Courts said the property owners have to make those long-needed repairs and pay out $2 million to 60 tenants, bringing the total settlements to nearly $4 million in the class action lawsuit. But residents say the battle is not over yet."
