"Essential Properties Realty Trust plans to demolish four vacant industrial buildings at the KC Wheel site in Kansas City after acquiring the Westside property in June . . . The New Jersey owner submitted a grading plan calling for the demolition of structures once set for the Pennway Point entertainment district. The brick former Carter-Waters Corp. building is among them."
