Yes, this is promotional garbage and "earned media" that intended to garner attention an eyeballs.
But somehow . . . Royals fans made it dirty and had a bit more fun than advertisers intended and we respect that . . . This one didn't "hit" as family friendly as planned for for so many stadium denizens with naughty minds . . . Doubt TKC??? Just look at so many suburban dads laughing & working a bit too hard to complete this bit . . .

Kansas City fans at Kauffman Stadium were separately bouncing around a large bun and large hot dog like beach balls at Kauffman Stadium on Saturday when they decided to bring them together. The crowd reacted with immediate joy upon the successful completion of the task, which was caught on video.
